Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. If no receipt of delivery date is available, the date shall be assumed to be 10 days from the date of shipping for Western Australia, Northern Territory and Tasmania customers; 5 days from the date of shipping for all other states.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In the original packaging inside the shipping carton.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive your item we'll inspect it and notify you. We'll update you on the status of your refund after inspection — this usually takes 1–3 business days.
If your return is approved, we'll initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 2 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your card issuer.
Shipping
You're responsible for the cost of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
