Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping at Paw ID. We ship worldwide and want to make sure your order reaches you (and your pet) as smoothly as possible. Below are the terms that make up our Shipping Policy.
Order processing
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Most of our products are personalised and laser engraved to order, so please allow this time for us to make your item before it ships. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or supply delays, shipping may take a few extra days. If there is a significant delay we will contact you by email.
Where we ship
We ship worldwide from Australia. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your address and the weight of your order.
Australia
Shipped with Australia Post.
- Most states: approximately 3–5 business days after dispatch.
- Western Australia, Northern Territory and Tasmania: approximately 5–10 business days after dispatch.
International
Shipped with Australia Post International or an equivalent international carrier. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- New Zealand: approximately 6–12 business days
- United States, Canada, United Kingdom and Europe: approximately 5–10 business days
- Rest of the world: approximately 14–25 business days
These timeframes are estimates only and can be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays and remote destinations.
Shipping rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Free standard shipping is available on Australian orders over A$49 and on international orders over A$79.
Shipment confirmation and tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number is usually active within 24 hours.
Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs charges levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Please check with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
Damaged or lost parcels
While Paw ID is not liable for parcels damaged or lost in transit, we will always do our best to help you resolve the issue. If your order arrives damaged, please keep all packaging and damaged items and contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist.
